SM City Batangas held its Food Bloggers’ event at SM Foodcourt last Saturday, April 10, 2010, in cooperation with WOWBatangas.com and sponsored by SM City Batangas, Bay CD Matrix, and GamePlace.

Entitled, “Happy Moments @ SM Food court,” the food bloggers program started with the participants registering online. Afterwhich,they wrote their Best Comment about SM Foodcourt offerings. To serve as inspiration to their comments and blogs, the participating bloggers enjoyed a buffet of sumptuous meals courtesy of SM Foodcourt tenants. At stake were 2 PhP 1,000-worth of SM gift certificates and the grand prize of PSP unit version 4 sponsored by GamePlace.

While judging was ongoing, Ms. Giralden Espina, Area Manager of GamePlace SM Batangas, demonstrated the amazing features of PSP unit version 4. She also gave away GamePlace Privilege Cards to lucky contest participants. Techie or not, the discounts, rewards, and free downloads the lucky privilege card owners can avail are big privileges indeed.

Mr. Lee Edward Calingasan was adjudged as the grand prize winner by SM Batangas marketing supervisor Ms. Lina Aclan, Mr. JR Cantos, and Ms. Gerlie Katimbang. The PSP prize was awarded by SM Foodcourt Manager, Mr. Ronald Maangca and Ms. Espina of GamePlace Batangas.

All in all, the event went well - with the bloggers' tummies filled with good food, their pockets with lots of freebies, and their hearts with fun-filled event memories.
